Remarkable movie about crime and punishment with Brendan Gleeson as a priest at his best. In approaches the drama over the entire term deals with injustice that has been perpetrated under the guise of the Church and still is. The dialogues are characterized by subliminal cynicism, but unfortunately do not have the black-humored class, as I of "The Guard" (also with B. Gleeson) ago know, for example, and did not expect. The conclusion has shocked me a bit, but for the story ultimately course consistently. No film for mainstream fans.
