No Name No Name is ...

We have ordered these cloths via Gluecksshop. The delivery took 5 days, which is within the scope.
The postage costs were 3 zuhoch, but we did not get any refund but only an unkind writeback.
However, the shop evaluation refers to the evaluation of the article!

To The Product:
We have been at home this pit towels, they are reliable and qulitativ quality and have therefore decided once again to appoint us this kind of towels.
However, we only receive a product that looks like the good pit towels. It is a No Name variant in mediocre quality. The price is this probably appropriate, but if you are the good thick towels mine expected to be more than disappointed. They are us too thin, really bad and are processed in only 4 stitches to close! They smell unpleasant chemical, pull strings and have little suction.
These towels can see only from but as pit towels are just cheap cotton towels.
