A first copy, delivered in December 2013, had experienced a problem with the scan unit after less than a month of use. Back to Amazon, with exchange request, the fact remained at the same price. I had to wait until February to find a printer "offers reconditioned", at a price below 25 euros at the original order price. So much for the vagaries of the order. Since then, no problem! I just reinstall the software on my PC (Windows 7) because the new printer could not be recognized (an IP address history of the new material ...). It is best to use the version of this logicile available on HP's support page because this software version is completely updated, unlike the version printed on the installation disk included with the printer. It did not look like much, but it is a technology beast with lots of functions that will understand and master, before checking if they can be useful. One last point: the title of the document on page dAmazon France is wrong: this is not a "3 in 1" but a 4 in 1 since it includes fax (useless in my case, I switched long to a 100% paperless fax, much simpler job and ... always at hand, even from my smartphone). Needless to add, it prints from any media connected to Wifi: PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone, PS3 and Wii!
