No successor to the 555

The Harmony 650 should always has done me good service as the successor of the 555 act.
Here it is the key of 555 to 6 years now probably defective and you think Logitech develops its products further and made it more user friendly.

After the device via the Web software (why can not take all the keys from the actions and devices with you?) Then came quickly to disillusionment. Some buttons considerable pressure is necessary so that they respond to the 650. The 555 responds here with the slightest pressure. The OK button is so tiny that you can easily get on one of the arrow keys.

Result: 650 goes back, I keep the 555 and accept the downside with the broken key. I just wonder why Logitech does not provide affordable Harmony better buttons and colored buttons (red-green-yellow-blue) has. Logitech has not noticed that a lot of TVs, PVRs and BR player require these keys for controlling?
