Elastics are good. Already made two bracelets and they do not break.
5 or 6 small hooks supplied with but apparently it depends on who filled the briefcase ... sometimes 1, sometimes 3, sometimes more, sometimes ... nothing ....
For cons, the loom is of poor quality, very "cheap" ... a couple tutes are broken ... a small separator of the case is broken too ...
The advantage is that the case can be reused later. It is convenient to classify all elastic color and small separators are interchangeable to make smaller or larger compartments.
The small clips are fine. S, they rank much better than the fasteners U. They are really well supplied.
