I bought this for my son Monotor, a fast response time (2ms as amended) and the good price / performance ratio are buying decision. The colors are at first glance relatively true colors, but where you can change settings between several (basic) (2-3 keystrokes). Originally I wanted the monitor screws on the wall for lack of space and had therefore ordered a VESA mount. I've assumed that this is more or less standard today, but far from it: the Acer S242HLCBID is ultra thin and ultra chic, but has no way to mount a wall bracket (at least no VESA FDMI). Too bad, now I can think about whether I return the monitor or the holder.
