The range was not yet open to criticism. We tried it in moderate verbautem area about 1.5 km and it has worked out the test on a further distance in the open fields is still pending (I will report).
Basically, it does the job (at the price it can serve basically just to delight the kids: D) and the child is happy, but I would recommend it not necessarily.
