Solid Malette, utensils are large enough so practical for small hands. The stethoscope wire twists easily but it did not seem to géner my 3 year old daughter who plays a lot with his briefcase, the tips of the ears are large so no risk of children in the sink ears. the game is very educational because it allows the child to identify different paries of the body and especially to play down visits to the doctor, notament for vaccines (even with a patch). The sound of the phone is very low so no noise or for parents or for children. Good quality / price ratio for this kind of generally relatively expensive toy in it.
