The Orbsmart's not a bad media player, it all works as set out in the device description. However, I have to complain about the procedure of the firmware update. I think it's impossible that you have to play it by hand the update and not as usual which the equipment it carries out itself, as it is known from tablets or smartphones, and the whole thing is still very cumbersome. In addition, all personal settings will be deleted, you have to configure the device from scratch. Language, network, etc.

With updates every personal data and apps will be deleted from internal memory. Therefore, before all important data secure. After the update must also again be re-done all settings.

Download and unzip 1. Firmware
2. completely shutdown S92 and all connected cables / remove storage media (except for the power supply). However, a microUSB cable to the PC Connect is not at S92.
3. In the AV connection there is a button pressed. This button with a paper clip or push down the like. You can feel a clear resistance and hear a click. With pressed button down, connect the USB cable to the S92.

9. The S92 should then start by itself again and have fully completed the update after about 5 minutes. During the period under any circumstances interrupt the power supply via USB! Once the home screen appears, the update is finished.

Note: if the S92 is not detected via a USB 3.0 connection, the open config.ini Flash tools with an editor and locate the line where only "SUPPORTLOWUSB =" position and turn it into "SUPPORTLOWUSB = TRUE".
