I followed from beginning to end on programme.Dans Overall, the book is well and I found that my belly is firmed .However, some exercises are badly explained and the design is not always clear (it took time you put it in two to understand the exercise) .Some the end of the book of exercises seem unattainable (including the latest on the last day) .I totally corresponded to the book Profile (not done any sport for years and therefore little flexibility) .I think it was written by a person who crosses only tonic and sporting people and has not completely adapted his book to the public.
