I've placed this D / A converter connected to my LG LED TV 42LN5406 so I can operate my PC 5.1 Speaker System from Logitech at the only existing audio output on the TV (Toslink). The sound is nothing to complain about. After some time, the sound and picture asynchronous. Perhaps it also on the supplied cable. But this should be only a temporary solution. I highly recommend this device but still recommended.
