To make it short: The handset is not my taste, but that is not that he may please others. A typical "open" handset, the outside noise can be heard, the shield outward also poor, but I knew beforehand. The space is therefore better than that of closed headphones since the HD465er makes thankfully no exception. Width and depth is ok, there's of course better. Meinklang criticism - too much bass - but there are people who know to appreciate. No use to a Luxman-high-end amplifier for me as I prefer clear the HD600 (I know this is also a high-end handset, only the bass are in this not so strong), the small MP3 Players have more and who's just something "juicy" may, if you please. Sufficiently loud to mobile devices, EQ setting and Mega-Bass you do not need, which saves energy! Processing for the price absolutely reasonable, design is as always a matter of taste. Noticeable: Even now these headphones with screw 6,3mm- jack, cable on headphones severable and possibly exchanged for a shorter cable for mobile use - a big plus. But I like the AKG K530LTD in this price range significantly better - but everyone hears just different :-)
