Not compatible with iPhone or iPad

Contrary to the information on the Sony web site ("fully compatible") could be this run In-Ear Headphones neither on my iPhone 5, even at my iPad Air. The headset can indeed pairing via Bluetooth with the iOS devices, but the sound in the headphones only reaches a frequency range as a telephone handset in the 70s.

A corresponding request to the Sony support was first brushed off; ("Just ask Apple", but Apple has promised me no compatibility). After I had again nachgehakt, my request has been "forwarded to an expert." I then heard nothing more, and finally, do not miss the return period, returned to the whole Amazon.
