This balance was purchased by me about three years ago, at first they did their duty properly. Meanwhile, the batteries have been changed several times, and measures no longer. The balance shows only at the zero value and turns off automatically after some time, the trick with the heel I have tried, it works for me. Furthermore, we have the scales removed from the tiled bathroom (old-uneven ground ??) and measured in the "corridor", however, this was not possible. Thus, I do not buy recommendation, for the price there are much better products!
