Memory Cards eats SDHC, SDXC and SD. However, the optical zoom is 30x digital expandable to 60x. So a huge zoom and even pocket-sized ... but only almost. By design this part fits one hundred per cent in any pocket more than the photographer's King Kong or Godzilla.
The shutter lag is less than 1 second in the wide-angle range. In telephoto it doubles itself loose. In cold weather again twice as long. Why? No Idea. A buddy has the same camera and at the isses not so blatant. We were several times in pairs in the winter on the road and I was able to test it first hand, natural feeling. Mine is much slower. Maybe I'm advised to one that is already decrepit and just before the camera pension or so. Or it is because of the electronic components that the astringent temperatures may not perform as well?
No matter, it's just times!
A bit annoying is the display. In bright light very difficult to see. Here is the photograph to flying blind. In such situations, I miss it to have an SLR with viewfinder in his hands.
In contrast, the great advantage is the image stabilizer, which performs a very good job for my taste. Even in very poor lighting conditions it can still take pictures without reasonable rejection rate of 99% or so. The light intensity of F3,4-5,8 is still in a very good area.
CONCLUSION:
To my mind between a suitable camera for the small hunger image. Fortunately, nothing is seen by comrade distortion and vignetting. In zoom range sharpness takes the edge off significantly and image noise is clearly visible. Especially in low light conditions. Seen in this camera is in the extreme zoom range from approximately 500mm a fair-weather camera. From ASA 400 but is also not so funny. Here the results are very dam .... oaths!
Have some images uploaded. In low light, the camera tends strongly to be wasted shots a hearty blue cast. By contrast, in extreme lighting conditions like backlit scenes or mix of light and shadow, as it proposes bravely. Even in diffused light only slightly incorrect exposure.
By contrast, when it was raining and dark bird in front of cloudy sky, as it is vinegar when the zoom is fully!
In the macro range, they completely convincing and really delivers great Bilders from. Of course, to a lesser extent compared to the SLR camera with fixed focal length but still good.
For snapshots or even shooting unsuitable for it is too slow, clearly. For amateur photographers a good part and replaced the loose-ton camera bag. Prints up to A3 are no problem. More is just not indoors.
Battery life is also perfectly fine. After about 400Bildern she screams after a downright britzelnden roar from the wall outlet. Also condensation can from good.
