I use the loops for the leg workout on cable pulley. The first loop was after about 12 weeks (use: 2x a week, usually 3 sets per leg --- a total of about 144 sets) the ghost - the Velcro wanted the 14-18kg simply no longer hold ... Now I use no. 2, let's see how long it goes well this time ...
Addendum: Loop no. 2 no longer holds after almost 8 weeks! Meanwhile, I am indeed at 23-25kg, but even that should be able to expect ... I advise clear from buying from - unless you want to take these things into savings SUBSCRIPTION)
