This rice cooker actually works perfectly: rice into it, into water, cover and turn on to. Approximately 15 minutes later the rice is done and the unit switches to "keep warm". In this case, virtually nothing can go wrong, because the stove will automatically detect if the water has evaporated. The rice has a pleasant consistency by the vapor pressure, but varies depending on the variety and amount of water used.

The device, however, is very large, which you can already see from the specified maximum quantity of rice from 1.2kg (!). This can be easily feed a large Indian family or run a Chinese restaurant. One-person households will, however, at the specified minimum amount of 3 cups rice disturb (I use nevertheless 2), which are required for operation. A cup of rice looks at the bottom of huge, non-stick coated pot quite lost, then there is no guarantee for good luck.

Conclusion: Who needs this rice cooker, rice buys his best in 5kg bag from the Asia-supermarket, then only adjust the dimensions. The rice from there tastes also better and costs half. The cooking result is always perfect. Unfortunately, there is a power switch, so that afterwards has to pull the cable out of the socket.
