I had installed the card, according to instructions under WinXP, but could not connect the WOL cable because the motherboard (Dell Optiplex GX280) aufweißt no connection for it. According to D-Link Forum that is the reason for the error "device failed to start (Code 10)". Thus, the card in this computer is useless. Since the return due to the low price hardly worthwhile, I'll block in another computer (hopefully successful).
