Not mature product

The product I like the look and the quality of the material very well. All it has absolutely met my needs. However, it is rather sobering in practice. It acts as if not yet mature this technique. The transmitter head is connected by magnet with the swivel-neck and therefore removable. This compound is very unstable and lead to interruptions in the power supply, which extremely interferes with driving a car and also can be dangerous if you will be distracted too often. I hope, however, that this instability is perhaps only a material error and has occurred only with this device. Despite the disappointment that it was not running smoothly, I'll venture a renewed buying another device, because I have found no equivalent product for my needs.
