We have now been about 7 weeks, the Wii Balance Board with and are really excited. My initial reservations as to whether Wii Fit is also something for people who already exercise in their leisure time have done himself. I myself work out relatively regularly in the gym and go several times through the week. Nevertheless me some exercises have really shown my limits, since it is precisely the field of balance in many individual sports is too short and Wii Fit rather clearly demonstrates weaknesses in this area. Little by little I found my favorite exercises and run this almost daily. The challenges range from "really easy" to "still not done" (in my case, the push-up duel - small tip Spoiler - to get the last star when folding knife duel you need to create 100 units, the same is probably true for the push-up duel, really hard). Anticipation was of course told the Balance Board is only as good as the one who, who trains it. In each exercise you can cheat, but what use the one itself. I've been buying at least not repented and put myself right back on the board.
