I got me this gem risen about 3 months ago. I was following very important:
- Chic design
- Fast enough to zuhaben no annoying load times
- Clear and comfortable keyboard
I was very skeptical because I thought that with this notebook EHR design and fewer functions in mind. I have been convinced that this is not so.
Highlights for me:
- The design is really an eye-catcher. I'm happy again when I come home and it's on my coffee table :-)
- The keyboard is great. I would compare it to a MAC keyboard. Only I remember writing the Asus even easier
- High-quality finished bamboo. Top quality, no comic wood grain. The touchpad is incorporated without any noticeable edges. TOP!
- The thing is super fast. Who gets a MAC to have fast loading times at the start of operation can also peace of mind set the Asus. Very fast start! This is really fun !!
- The Asus user interface is really useful and absolutely great in design. I was never a friend of this things, because they were only performance-eaters for me. But here Asus has managed what really good. Easy to use, clear, beautiful and modern symbols and above all a great management system, which produces the perfect balance between performance and battery life for any application.
- It is super quiet, is not hot (even in games)
- I play these games on it: League of Legends, Start Craft 2, and FIFA Manager 2011. No problem
- Battery life is phenomenal. Even in the mode "High Performance" keeps the notebook so believable to the 3-4 hours (with wireless)
Small Cons:
- On the bamboo touchpad can be seen quite quickly (when the light Hinsch dipping accordingly) where you have over it moves his fingers. It forms the this brilliant film. But that can only be seen from the side and does not fall on one in the least if you work with the notebook.
- The included power supply with wires is about 2 feet long. So this is one of the shorter EHR. This can be good in some situations, in some just not ehr :-)
And still what I found MacBooks always quite interesting (Simple quick operation - it just misses). I personally find the Asus here even better. But as to this issue, there are certainly far too many opinions - and no right or wrong.
I hope the review has helped you!
