I tested several times this bag to make macaroons: this introduces air bubbles in the preparation, especially when the bag is nearly empty. When pressed, preparation séchappe by the cap ... I tried with choux paste: even worse because it is slightly more compact than the pulp macaroons. Also, a lot of preparation remains in the pocket. We must constantly open the cap to re-introduce air and push the preparation towards the tip. I recommend this product yet very attractive on paper.
