The cookbook contains wonderful dishes that one gets when reading appetite. However, the recipes are quite expensive (who prepares already own a Hummer Termidor to ???) and the information is in English units.
If you have a little time, but you should dare and zubereitien few dishes. The Crab canapes are delicious and maybe you do have some cucumber watercress sandwiches to invite some friends to tea and looks way Downton Abbey.
