Since I love to cook fresh soups and stews for I use mainly much chopped vegetables like leeks, carrots and celery, I hoped for with effort and time this article to spare. Unfortunately, my expectations were disappointed because you can not possibly cut leeks and carrots with the finer cutting insert, which would correspond to the desired size. Too big the effort to impossible. Only works with the larger cutting insert, then you have but also by my standards very roughly equal to cut vegetables. Unfortunately unfit for my special request. For many other things which would be easier to cut, for example. for fruit salad or whatever, determines a great thing.
