Very disappointed by these cartridges that are not recognized by my MX870 printer. In fact, half the time the printer will complain that it does not recognize the cartridges, it is then necessary that I open the hood and I replace the cartridge. Half the time it works, half the time I have to repeat this ride. Suffice to say that I print a page in 15 minutes when I'm lucky. The only way to use these cartridges is to recover the chip my empty cartridges and Canon to bypass the warning of empty cartridge. In short, avoid product (like the American Canon cartridges, which are not compatible with European printers).
