NEGATIVE:

- Through repeated boiling, as described in the manual, the plastic smell has not improved, not a bit. To be fair, I must say that it has not smelled strongly. Nevertheless for me the first reason for exclusion of many.

- Ever stupid the selling point glass to undo, by then installed inside a rubber / plastic LED Snake!
Apart from this, a (blue) lighting during rapid boiling of water really nonsensical.

- Already after few times use have several small rust spots formed both on the ground and between the plastic and the metal ring light baseplate!

- When the water boils, it bubbles up like crazy and dangerous. Even when heating only the minimum of half a liter in the 1,7l vessel, it makes bubbles to cover.

- The power turns, although the water is boiling already, very late on. It cooks min. 10 sec without further off, so I've believed the automatic shut-off mechanism was broken.

- Although you feel has the lid seals tightly, so it steams extremely around the lid from the unit that all about getting wet.

It happens very easily that one scalded despite lid closed!

POSITIVE:

+ The only positive: Pours well to drip from without.

CONCLUSION:

Directly at Klarstein / Electronic.Star ordered by as much as nearly 40 euros and also returned there because of the rust spots. However, I had the return shipping cost of 15 euros (almost 40 percent of the equipment cost!) Despite justified and confirmed Complaints pay themselves and were despite the apparent lack non-refundable!

1 star for the fact that he does, after all, what to do to bring water to the boil and that the pouring operation is smooth.

EPILOGUE:
It is incomprehensible to me that, despite the large number of orders still no company creates something as simple as a kettle to produce environmental and health requirements.

Moreover, these simple devices per se are still prohibitively expensive. At the price of the current kettle you get mostly the same tea as merely to make hot water with more features!
