This has patches of ThermaCare but only the left and right side 2 small adhesive surfaces that cause the area not really lie in between with the warming "pads" plan on the skin, particularly of course in motion. Even the glue does not hold very well. At least the patch dissolves very quickly for me.
The action of heat on the surface to be treated is very low - at least in the direct comparison with the "ABC plaster". Not at least in the shoulder variant - a day at the office survives the pavement certainly not!
The only advantage would give the customized shoulder-form which one has comparatively cut at ABC Paving only or just wasted a lot of patches. But as mentioned, the heat created by patch ThermaCare is rather low, the therapeutic success is low - at least for me.
Only briefly applied at bedtime and then straight to bed achieves a better success - so when the pads, the patch fixed pressed against the shoulder area!
Conclusion:
I'd rather draw back to tried and true ABC paving. (I'm not sponsored by this company :-)
If I am a ThermaCare Application dummy, then ask for clarification, what can I do better (te).
