I would not have done better, because after a short reading, I noticed that the author Elliot Lang, who claimed in the book, to have possessed a Pixie-Bob himself, apparently merely cobbled together general information from the Internet, otherwise I can not do it designate, has that you can find out by simply googling yourself quickly. I particularly noticed that he says even in 2014 in his book, the breed descended from a cross between American bobcat and a farm cat, although it was many years before it is scientifically demonstrated that Pixie-Bob no so-called wild-markers (genes of wild animals) included. Even breeders have now out although this previously popular legend they certainly should bring more revenue. On the Internet, this fact can be read anywhere, the owner of a Pixie-Bob, is yes outputs for Mr. Lang himself would have known this in any case. The book does not contain any special instructions for keeping this cat, especially not to the breed's typical diseases, risks associated with specific vaccines etc. After I read the book to the end, I came to the conclusion that the author in my opinion, never a Pixie-Bob possessed and indeed only, as he writes in his preface himself, wanted to publish a series of books about pets.
I wanted to learn more about his qualifications, but did not have any particular information in the internet. At Amazon, I discovered then, however, that Mr. Lang also has books on different breeds published, eg Birman, Don Spynx-naked cats, Savannah, Birman, Tonkinese, Savannah and Siberian Forest Cat. And in these books I have then taken the "Look inside". Lo and behold, the books have not only the same structure, in the prefaces, the author also to have possessed the respective race. Sometimes even the same phrases are used. Now it is in cats as in dogs, mostly to holders interested in a specific racial type, such as long-haired K., lap cats sporty types, etc. Also, a holder never hold quite different races simultaneously, because the animals because of their different needs would not or poorly tolerated.
I can, of course, not prove it, but I personally am of convinced that Mr. L. has never owned cats mentioned, because there will be hardly a stone's friend who is a nude cat sticks and later a lanhaarige Forest Cat or a Birman ( rather the Couch Potato) and then a Savannah, a cat with wild genes and considerable urge to move. Whether this is indeed the case, everyone should decide for themselves, for me was the book not only wasted money but also get an opportunity to tease me about how anyone can make money even with so much unprofessionalism and showing up. In any case, I recommend dringedn the "Look inside" before deciding on a purchase.
