Not satisfied: screwing very poor, poor fixation

Multiple faults for this drill, I regret my purchase:
-a very succin manual
-No drill accessory, sold separately
-fixing the bad chuck accessory screw, it goes awry
-difficile of "dosed" screwing, yet being on the right way, or it's too slow and it does not screwed either it's too fast and it messes up the screw ...
