Positives:
- Many stitches including safety seam.
- A lot of space in the sewing room to the right of the needle
- Easy conversion of Overlock to Coverlock
- Clean Overlock seams
Neutral:
- Bit fiddly clearly when threading, but the colored markings and with a little practice, it goes well. ('m Spoiled by at Baby Lock Enspire)
Negatives:
- Thread tension (small knobs below the one must fondle the yarns) pulls the strings do not always
- With the permanently stored basic settings I have hardly a clean seam on stretch fabrics get (mainly work with Jersey etc.). In other words, most used stitches I had to manually modify and save. If the machine off and then turned back on, the basic setting becomes active again and I have to call my saved version back until the computer.
- The cover seams are sewn in between always dirty at the bottom, no matter what the thread tension.
All in all, I would not buy this machine a second time and can recommend them either. "Sewing like the pros" (slogan on this machine PFAFF) looks different.
