The strip makes a relatively warm yellowish-white light, very pleasant. However, the luminosity is more like a 20 watt strip. Can not measure it, unfortunately. As in the description of 48 watts is, one would have to complain about that. But have no desire to reduce everything again. So beware, who needs more than a backlight should look for something stronger LED strips.
