Not suitable for everyone ...

The reviews for this intestinal flora plus selectable sound capsules but mostly very good and also the usefulness is quite convincing.
Damage may indeed nothing (I had at least thought) so I ordered it.

I feel really very healthy, but have some Nahrungsmittelunveträglichkeiten it with the appropriate accompaniments.
A healthy milieu of the intestinal flora is supposed to counteract positive in all kinds of complaints and seemed so straight at my complaints well worth a try.

The first two days I had the feeling; there is something better (placebo effect?).
From the third day the effect was reversed; my entire digestive tract felt worse than before.
This feeling increased by the day.

When I put down the capsules was, after about 3 days, feeling better.

Somehow no wonder, because if you informed in more detail, then such self medications are not without, because who knows who that intestinal bacteria in his gut "upper hand", or outnumbered exist?
For an arbitrary gift cause quite the opposite.

Conclusion:

Of course I do not want to generalize my experience but for me were the intestinal flora plus selectable capsules not an option.
Simply times so what do good and thereby feel better - that does not always work.
Therefore perhaps inform rather better before, then you know what can one expect with such agents.
