As a comparison: Two years ago, I paid for the Galaxy Tab 200, the Odys costs barely 135th
What is the catch?
Here, have noticed that I advantages:
+ Good high-contrast and viewing angle stable display (but slightly worse than the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0)
+ Good workmanship
+ Heavy aluminum housing
+ Fast working speed in benchmarks and applications
+ Stamina battery (but slightly worse than the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0)
+ Sleek Android 4.4
Here the serious drawbacks for me:
- Incredibly poor speakers (the small Galaxy Tab sounds compared very clear and especially bulky)
- Very significant jerking in applications and on the surface (much worse than the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0)
- Bad multitasking (when loading an app and run another it gets worse)
- Very distinct jerking of the display especially in games. (Very much worse than the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0)
Especially the last point disqualified this tablet as a gaming device. All Games stutter!
With platforming's or other "side-scrolling action" it is particularly bad. The eye can not focus.
It looks as if the Odys renders only 25 frames per second and my old Galaxy Tab 2 creates 50 images.
In a pinball game of ball runs on the Galaxy Tab smoothly across the screen, for Odys he jerks across the table.
The Tab is unfortunately back. The Geruckel I can not do that to my daughter. I'll probably put it again 120 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab purchase 4. Good just has mostly but at a price.
Because it is safe to use as surfing station or simple working staff but well, I vegebe satisfactory three star.
