the fan comes with long rubber tips for installation "Easy" The fan makes no noise but given the airflow it offers you say that this is somewhat normal! Frankly for the price rather buy a corsair! at least with a corsair you'll get your money! Bah So basically do not buy this fan if you want to properly cool your PC!
