My letter of complaint I have several pictures added and pointed out that this damage could not possibly be happening in the transport of CSL to me especially as the damaged area was well protected under an undamaged part of styrofoam. In a written reply to CSL has yet apologized for the 'improper transportation of the consignment through the logistics partner DHL AT' and received a return slip for a free return to 'priority damage assessment and remediation or construction'.
In another mail I have asked to install the SSD with the now installed programs into a new, undamaged PC including a new hard drive because I did not agree to return with an exclusive exchange the damaged front side - after all, I can not judge which components by have the impact actually suffered damage.
Nine days after returning (lt. Shipment tracking 7 days after the arrival at CSL) was told to request that the PC is now in progress and is expected to be sent back tomorrow 'So much for' primary damage assessment '!
I have since researched and reviews with references found on the same fault pattern 'for me looks the whole of the system! That one and the same error occurs under a perfectly sheltered spot in the box during transport multiple statistically virtually impossible! The fact that a reputable company Damaged Goods sent I think also for excluded!
The PC I have again received for a total of 14 days at least replaced the damaged visor and the vibrations were reduced. Since it is not a new case I assume that was only changed on 'Transport damage' the scratched visor and the surrounding metal lattice.
Conclusion:
Never order again at CSL and keep a damaged item 'immediately withdraw from the purchase and the part back. For 1039, - Euro I could have somewhere to buy a PC with less hassle! If someone is packing a damaged goods, then take you to the shipping and then after reviewing clear photographic evidence of the alleged damage was caused due to improper transport of logistics partners' as would be something called in legal circles?
Addition:
As but some can not imagine the damage pattern and therefore "not helpful" vote with, here are some pictures. The yellow line indicates the scope of each of the Styrofoam. In Figure 3, the scratch and indented USB ports can be identified. At least the scratch must have been present at delivery - you can not have arisen under Styrofoam during transport. For me this is a clear case of fraud! Such a thing can not at 1.039, - Euro delivered to a customer who has bought a new unit to argue then that evil transport company .....!
