Book pretty well explained and not addressing that oil well logging applications, but also to the mine or geothermal. A plus for those looking for a book presenting a comprehensive manner the different applications of the logs. As against it is no more recent than the 1982 edition, I checked with the publisher, so do not expect to receive a new edition.
