Paradoxically I ask myself more questions after reading this book because it seems inconsistent on certain points such as the introduction of wheat flour cereals from 4 months while the introduction of pasta and rice n is not recommended before eight months; a sharp incentive to consume milk growth to three years mainly to counter iron requirements while explaining that iron needs can not be covered until a meat consumption / = 100g fish (= an adult portion) while a three year old should consume 30 to 40g of meat a day ...? (Does this mean that all individuals aged 4 to adolescence were also 30% risk of being iron deficient?)
Or even more surprising the assertion that the bad fats kinds trans or saturated fatty acids are not dangerous in infants and young children and that it is not necessary to limit consumption! (How can something harmful to human adult "harmless" in infants, fragile and growing!)
To summarize, I find that the assertions in this book are adventurous and would be fashionable to show a little more caution and scientific evidence (no bibliography, no notes and no reference to the end of the book) especially when it comes to the health of our children!
