My second unit of this model (the first went exactly broken after the warranty period. But I still had to 100.- cartridges ..)
Funnily enough, it can not be operated with Apple iPad or iPhone, what with the predecessor device, however, was possible.
The customer service has been striving together (thank you for the service), but ultimately because no success for hours with me. Supposedly my modem's fault .... funny that it worked previously with the same modem ....
Then I would have, after about a month operating a disorder where neither scan nor printing was possible. I did a reset.
