You must in this product been exactly clear about what you want. The transport device as a waist belt may not be everyone's thing, but there are also still wear a meaningful handle on.
Specifically, it is this is a top-loader in which you want to have quick access to their camera. For me it is a Canon EOS 600D and I am sure that this bag from Lowepro has my camera and lenses protected more than once in the wild.
The quiver can also be removed individually by the way, I use the bag normally with no or a quiver.
