I bought empty the grill as my Gasbuddl (in the long run gas pays off not) and was on the balcony or 2 people in the small ranges. We tested all the same with a cargo Oberlander (white sausage skinless). With the result I am very happy if it also takes time. It's worth the barbecue grill food without letting heat stable 10minutes (the stable plate is only then useful warm). Thereafter, it takes a relatively long time as well (5 Oberlander nearly 20 minutes). The taste I am very happy for my garden but I will prefer a large gas grill from Weber bring me (from 3 to 4 Personene the electric grill is definitely overwhelmed and the food then runs for hours ...) a huge plus at the Severin PG1525 - > everything can be dirty fit in the dishwasher (heating coil is protected by the iron plate).
