I've NFS Rivals as launch titles for the Xbox One brought, because I'm a fan NFS has always been. The last Games had me unfortunately a bit disappointed (which is probably because I am still waiting for an NFS Underground 3)
But I still hollow to me again and again the latest NFS game hoping it skin properly clean.
Unfortunately Rivals can not build on the former success of the series.

Graphics:
Of course, for first one of the most important aspects in ner new generation consoles.
All in all looks NFS Rivals chic. Many Partikeleffeckte the much her make for the most part, but can disturb sometimes correctly because the image is totally overloaded and you see nothing more. If one night in the middle of ner chase with 5 police cars and helicopters at nem pouring rain moves through a wheat field ... you can make the eyes and also go by ear. The country managed are chic and quite varied .. although my proper city still lacks the overall package (which the relatively small menu but probably not forth are) The only drawback in the graphic is the apparently nonexistent AA ... when antialiasing have they quietly yet put a plan. On the whole, the graphics up to the many Partikeleffeckte is hardly better than its predecessor I played on the PC, too bad! What but as I said, the game does not make ugly but unfortunately also nich really made it into Next Gen creates (if one is used PC graphics! Better than Xbox 360, it is definitely by far)
Story:
One point that has yet very hooked me in recent NFS Undercover Games like or The Run ... Beosnders in The Run was the story-based gameplay quite entertaining and animated very well to go on .... Story is in Rivals but not basically available. There are a few video sequences now and then you want to pretend a kind of story, and now and then related objectives you must meet ... but the whole does not feel in the least after story on. Very pity ... here you would have what can make out of it and quietly separate part of each solo and multi!
Gameplay:
Yes ... gameplay, the point of view is actually at wichigsten long.
The drive itself definitely makes a lot of fun .. the controller is used to simple and very arcade-heavy, as you can not go far wrong and just heat going to. Who wants realism is totally wrong here! That's what entertaining to turn and simply rum driving without a large control and physics having to worry.
Rivals is designed for multiplayer and interact with other ... other players go directly to rum on the map and are always present .. both racers and cops ... this is really succeeded (even if one or the other driver happy times lags which can be very frustrating) '
Both ways are fun ... whether you do your race as a racer and cuts off before the police .. always the thrill for a few good races with the thick coal in the bag before the cops run away ... or a cop with because the racers to take pleasure from the coal. For solo players of Cop Part will however be boring because more to do as a cop and not ... a few timed runs or just Racer hunt ... but NPC Racer hunt simply brings no feeling ... a Racer with a high multiplier and but to meet manhunt Level 7+ multiplayer on the road and then on the other hand brings zuverfolgen right mood .. because you know exactly who has pockets full with Speed Points ... and you know exactly who has the pants fully because he sweats blood and water To come up with the points home. As a racer that looks no different from ... If you with 300k + Speed Points will take the quiet way home and the hiding place is still 5 km away to pray on the way no cop come to ... certainly no player Cop ... because if but begins an ordeal for the nerves ...
How long remains to be seen motivating ... for now try the game to keep up with ranks and unlockable cars the players happy, but once everything is switched freely ... will show what still remains. I think in the end is the motivation but tend to lean towards the cops ... because annoy players and to grab easy in the long run is more fun than a racer coal zusammeln you do not need it because everything has already.
Tuning:
Yes because there is not much to say ... a cop can do nothing at all .. the cars are what they are .. as a racer you can do some performance tuning every aspect and pushing at each car in 5 stages for money ... Visually, it looks exactly .. the cops are like they are and remain so .. Racer can color and bissl Vinyl stuff change the car ... real change of bodywork is not possible, unfortunately, ...
Conclusion:
It could have been much more, as always ... it's not, unfortunately.
Nevertheless machts fun.
Positives:
+ Goes to super
+ Looks chic
+ Varied surroundings
Negatives:
- Apparently no AA
- No optical tuning
- No story
- Overloading sometimes graphically
