Too bad because the subject was really promising. The concern is that I do not stick to writing Nicholas SPARKS, I found the cutesy romance and tasteless. The film "The Notebook" taken from this novel is infinitely more addictive and emotional, feelings I have not felt in reading the book, I was very disappointed. Tip: read the book before watching the film because then it will seem very dull.
