These phones buggent to death! I bought 2, and 2 never functioned properly. Sometimes sounds here, sometimes not (and 2 MUST ringing as sometimes happens). The phone dials the No will not ring the other but itself (and this seems normal after several consulted opinion) !!! In communication, the sound is very low, and there is one significant background noise. In short, for the price this is unacceptable. Too bad because my 2 girls love these phones. So bad in 2012 stamped Disney is heartbreaking. Guess where it's made ... ??? China of course! At every time you win! En +, the batteries are not included (2 square 9V batteries).
