Music Is My Savior (Audio CD)

Customer Review

Mims (AKA Sean Mims) is a native of Manhattan rapper releast his first album "Music Is My Savior". As features are heard among other Junior Reid, Cham, J.Holiday, Bun B, Bad Seed and Letoya Luckett. "This Is Why I'm Hot" was the first single and is a pure Trash Track and was up especially in the US on the radio and played down. The Lycris are simply uninspired and poorly perfectly. On the track "Without You (feat. Letoya Luckett)" looks like a cheap Mims Fabolous imitation. To cover can not say much except that it reflects what this album has to offer. Zero emission or importance (especially the "I"). The only thing wrong with this album are the beats. These are mainly for "Like This," "Cop It" and "They Do not Wanna Play (feat. Bad Seed & Bun B)" really tight. But still you need to with something here do not be surprised if the hip hop from New York or the East Coast, more and more goes down the drain. Because improving songs like "Doctor Doctor" which are easy to only be described as total crash, the album never simulacrum. Mims rapping on the aforementioned example simply idolatrous bad. I must, however, to say that Mims is not necessarily label it talentfrei, but if he wants to apply not only as a one-hit wonder, he has to be really come up with something when it comes to lyrics.
