I bought it to replace a FS3 I was using notepad. Paid 90, that's what motivated to purchase. I use DSLR to make the photo more carefully and I use this camera for the holidays and bringing daily in the pocket. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the materials, significantly down from the FS3 I paid about the same price. It will be very careful with this camera because it does not very solid. The menus are much less complete, with less customizable settings. The image quality is OK with a fairly bad increase in ISO (normal, too many pixels on the sensor to its size). No external battery charger, this is done via USB connectable to a very compact power outlet. It's good to go on vacation, against impossible to charge a battery while using another. Remains to be seen how long it will take. My opinion is therefore somewhat mixed on this unit.
