The soundtrack to "Iron Man 2" brings together for the first time now, however songs from various albums - including some of the largest AC / DC crackers - and can therefore be described as "a sort of" best of. As "a sort of" because of the 15 songs, some rather less well-known (nevertheless good) numbers are represented and, secondly, because the CD creating the band only just contacts, but by no means covers. Alone from the era with Brian Johnson can get a double CD filled, not to mention the golden era with Bon Scott whole. Also missing (even from a purely objective) many great hits like "For Those About To Rock", "Hells Bells", "You Shook Me All Night Long", "The Jack", "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt cheap "... (and that's just the tip of the iceberg).
What remains: A compilation of 15 AC / DC songs - Firecrackers and lesser-known songs. Because here not even a previously unreleased song on this CD is mainly to let newcomers get a whiff times in the greatest rock band of all time. Also suitable for parties or for the side door pocket.
The enclosed bonus DVD could have made the whole thing more interesting for fans, but unfortunately has been here many times on already published material (eg of "No Bull", "Live at Donington", "Plug me in") resorted. Here's a recording of the current "Black Ice" tour would have been better. The visual and tonal vary depending on their age (some 25 years old).
Conclusion: completists will pick the part. Even for newcomers to get a taste okay. But just for fans to recommend rather less. He prefers to invest in one of the albums or a DVD box. And who necessarily a best-of need: "Live" (from '92) is it still best suited.
