The fourth album of Wir sind Helden is probably her introvertiertestes work so far. For me, however, the CD of them, with which I am bored most. Too ambitious, too tense, too top-heavy, I find album and band in recent years. Live has particularly made the piece "In the Eye of the Storm" a lot of fun, but it was more the fact that they have it mixed, at least at the concert in Hannover, with the hippie anthem "Let the sunshine in" - in which song has I think of the movie Virgin, 40, male and Neil Young, so I get necessarily a good mood. The first song, "All" is for me the highlight of the album - a beautiful piece of music, the text I'd like that even better when Holofernes would have chosen some other word as an alternative for "knuckle", somewhat diminishes the magic of the contemplative song. The couple's relationship Pola and Judith and the pregnancy imprinted "Take me home". Much sounds like puerperal depression. Song 9 has a silly title (My friend was in a coma ...) but is, at least lyrically very interesting - Holofernes ponders mortality and seems to be little hope for the often quoted to have encouraging white light. "23:55: The Starter Wife" has made live a lot of fun and also falls on the album positively. In the booklet there are as usual all lyrics and some artistically valuable photographs. I use this time dusty word, because I also found some quite strenuous and overtaken on this album. Brigitte, Wolfgang, Manfred, Irene, Beziehungskiste and WG - no, that does not warm my heart. Alt-68s and all the other associations may be exciting in a well-made documentary, but on this board has it I did not like, even if it actually comes to Pola and Judith at Brigitte and Wolfgang, if I have the announcement at the concert properly understood. For Heroes Concert 2011 came to Hannover 3500 spectators, a few days later at the Beatsteaks was the hall with 5000 fans sold out - no wonder with an album like "Take me home".
You are a B-side audience Judith Holofernes viewers praised in Hanover, who came to the Tour 2011. Here is Bring me home "even more of a B-sides album. And I say, although I belong to those" where our music means something "as they say in the acknowledgments of the booklet. I like your music however, but her könnts even better!
