The Steak Champ is virtually unavoidable, if you want (s) to prepare a strong and new, expensive piece of beef at the point exactly. I ordered the set with 1x medium (for my wife) and 1x Medium Rare (for me). The results are perfect at two "nails", provided that the proper handling takes place. The design, presentation (laser engraving, storage) and the quality of the product properly. The handling is very simple. BUT ..... in order to achieve a perfect and unadulterated result must have 3cm better yet the piece of meat a minimum thickness of 2.5 cm. Tip: Do not put off by the price! Good meat costs money. Proper preparation also. Your taste buds will thank you!
