Those who have asked for the super sweet Garden Spells, if there's something similar great may drip from the same spring, just believe me: I!
It tells the story of Josey Cirrini, plump daughter of a larger than life mother and the "benefactor of the city," Marco Cirrini. The latter is, however, already passed away, and Josey takes her inheritance a little hard. A life she dreams of traveling, but feels her imperious mother committed. And then one day emerges Della Lee - in Josey's closet, the Headquartered of sweets and travel magazines until then their stash. And while Della itself establishes domesticated, device Josey "normal" life more and more out of control.
Great book! Full-skuriller lovable supporting characters (especially the superstitious housekeeper Helena) and wonderful magical moments. And what special properties, Mrs. Allen has thought again of her protagonist - great!
"Garden Spells" is not surpassed by this book here - but must hide "Sugar Queen" not at all!
