This Duracell charger promises to charge the batteries in 15 mns. In fact, they are well used after this period but for a full load, it takes about 1 hour, which is still very reasonable. While charging, the device emits a loud noise rather unpleasant in the long run it is better to plug into a separate room. Another bad point: we can not simultaneously charge the battery brands. I tested by mixing Duracell rechargeable batteries and Sony, Sony will not load. But if we do that without the burden of Sony Duracell, it works. In any case, it is preferable to favor the use of Duracell although this can be disabling. Otherwise, the fact that the device stops automatically after loading is quite appreciable. It accepts both AA batteries the AAA batteries. For large batteries consumers like me (wiimotes), I would recommend instead the battery charger Sony BCG-34HRE4C, lighter, quieter and cheaper, and equally support all brands of batteries fairly quickly.
